Return & Exchange Policy

Return will be within 3 days from the date of receipt.

Exchange will be within 7 days from the date of receipt.

The customer can retrieve the product and receive the value of the product provided that the condition of the product is in the same condition as the receipt.

 All items are subject to Return and Exchange except (Books, Electronics, Software, and Prepaid Cards) unless found with a manufacturing defect.

The return or exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt. 

If the customer has purchased goods but: did not receive the goods; received merchandise that is different from what is presented on the display page; received damaged merchandise; or the purchased merchandise is not working properly: Get in touch with us by email at [email protected] or through our social media channels within 3 days of the receipt for the item you want returned and save this item in its original packaging.

If the item you would like to return is damaged, not working properly, or does not match the description provided by the seller on the website, you will receive all the money that you have paid for the product plus the shipping costs that you paid when you purchased this item.

If the return is due to an error by the customer and the product is still its original state without being opened:  The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the item to our main store.

To retrieve the value of purchases made by credit or mada cards, the amount will be returned through the customer’s bank account within a week (7) working days and the customer should follow the payment procedures through the branch of the bank that was dealt with.

In the event that the delivery of the goods or product is not available, the company is obligated to refund the received amount within a period of 15 days without the customer bearing any costs.
