Shipping Procedures

•  Abdulwahab Mirza Library is currently shipping only to all regions of Saudi Arabia. All the shipping companies are contacted regarding the prices of sending shipments outside Saudi Arabia.
•  The address must include the following: the building number, the villa or the apartment number as well as the street, city, and zip code. The name of the customer and the phone number must be recorded in accordance with the registration form on the site.
• Your order will be delivered within (3-8) business days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (depending on the city), due to the precautionary measures the country is taking towards shipping companies to limit the spread of the Corona virus (Covid-19).
• Business days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
• Upon the receipt of your order by the operations team, an email, a text message or WhatsApp notification containing the purchase order number and shipment number will be sent and you can track your shipment through the shipping company's website after receiving the tracking link.
• Any error or lack of order information such as mobile number, or shipping address may lead to order delay.
• We will not be able to ship products to incomplete or different address from the ones recorded in the purchase order.
• If we cannot reach you or if the delivery is rejected for any reason other than that there is an error in the order that was sent, only the shipping fees will be collected or deducted from the advance amount paid on the e-store of Abdulwahab Mirza Library.
• Shipping to all regions and cities of Saudi Arabia will be to the customer's address, but in some cities or villages the customer will require to go to the nearest delivery center because there is no distribution team.
• Shipping cost is determined according to the order cost:
• If the order cost is less than 300 Saudi Riyals, the shipping fee is 25 Saudi Riyals including tax (within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) + payment expenses upon receipt of order (10 Saudi Riyals). .
• If the order cost is 300 Saudi Riyals or more, the shipping fee is free (for orders that are requested and shipped within Saudi Arabia).
• Note: Regarding international shipments, incase that the customer refuses to pay the customs fees or additional taxes applied according to the rules of each country, the shipment will be returned to us again and the customer will be responsible for the entire shipping fees to and from the store in addition to the customs fees and taxes that may be paid for delivering the shipment to the address recorded in the application.
